- TEMPO! Arm Warmer is a removable arm layer for cycling in cool conditions, extending the use of a short-sleeve jersey. The knitted, elastic fabric provides moderate wind protection, while the brushed inner surface adds warmth around the arms. Silicone-backed elastic helps keep the warmers in place, and the compact construction makes them easy to remove and stow as temperatures rise. This allows you to regulate warmth and protection during the ride without committing to a long-sleeve jersey or winter jacket from the start.
