Dispatch
We aim to dispatch in stock orders same day if purchased by 2pm AEST. Items out of stock may take up to 10 business days to source from Europe. Customers will be notified of any dispatch delays.
Pre-Order Items
These are items that have not arrived at our warehouse, but are on the way and are available for you to purchase now. We will post the item(s) to you as soon as it arrives and when possible, we will advise you of the estimated delivery date.
Sold Out Items
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to source the stock from the manufacturer. If available, we aim to dispatch to you within 10 to 15 business days. We will notify you if the item is not available from the manufacturer.

FM Sports delivers orders using Australia Post Services.This is a tracked service and tracking information will be provided once shipped.
(Please note due to a recent price increase by Aus Post, we have changed our free shipping thresholds. Effective 7/7/23).
On orders up to $149.95
- Standard Delivery is provided at a flat rate of $9.95.
- Express Delivery is provided at a flat rate of $13.95
On orders over $150 to $249.95:
- Free Standard Delivery is provided.
- Option to upgrade to Express Delivery is available for a flat rate of $4.95.
On orders totalling $250 and above:
- Free Express Delivery is provided.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery - After dispatch, Standard shipping to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 2 - 6 business days, with regional areas depending on location*. Please note ordes to WA are currently taking longer to arrive.
Express Delivery - After dispatch, Express shipping to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 1-2 business day of dispatch, or in 1 – 3 days for regional customers*.
*Please refer to the Australia Post website for further information regarding delivery times.There are some delays with Covid and delivery times may vary.

FM Sports delivers using Australia Post registered post services, with both Standard and Express International Delivery options.
We offer FREE Standard International Delivery on all International orders totalling A$250 and above.
NEW ZEALAND
On orders up to A$149.95 Standard International Delivery is provided at a flat rate of A$13.50, or an Express International Delivery option is provided at a flat rate of A$25.00
An option to upgrade to Express International Delivery on any order totalling A$149.95 and above is available for a flat rate of A$15.00
USA/CANADA
Free standard shipping on order AS$250 and above. Orders up to A$250 Standard International delivery is provided at a flat rate of A$25.00. An Express International Delivery option is provided at a flat rate of A$35.00
An option to upgrade to Express International Delivery on any order totalling A$200 and above is available for fee of A$15.00
ASIA
Free standard shipping on order AS$250 and above. Orders up to A$250 Standard International Delivery is provided at a flat rate of A$25.00. An Express International Delivery option is provided at a flat rate of A$35.00
An option to upgrade to Express International Delivery on any order totalling A$250 and above is available for a flat rate of A$15.00
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
An upgrade to Express International Delivery on any order totalling A$250 and above is available for a flat rate of A$30.
On orders totalling below A$250 Standard International Delivery is provided at a flat rate of A$30, or an Express International Delivery option is provided at a flat rate of A$60.

Taxes & Duties
All prices on FM Sports are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Order Tracking
Tracking is available for all domestic orders. A postage confirmation email with the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered to your order from Australia Post.
Shipping internationally is sent as registered post however not tracked unless you live in a country where pack & track is available.
