- TEMPO! Leg Warmer is a removable leg layer for cycling in cool conditions. The knitted, highly elastic fabric provides moderate wind protection, while the brushed inner surface adds warmth around the legs. Silicone-backed elastic helps keep the warmers in place, and the compact construction makes them easy to remove and stow as temperatures rise. They make it possible to adjust your setup during a ride and extend the usable temperature range of bib shorts without starting out in full-length bib tights.
