    The SLi Shield Torso is a super lightweight cycling base layer.

    Fusion call this 'The Invisible Wind Vest' This super light base layer is made for both performance and comfort and offers protection from the wind and cold.

    The front is an elastic 3-layer laminated technical fabric that offers maximum protection against wind and wet conditions combined with highly breathable mesh back for moisture transfer and temperature regulation.

    Super Light, Super Breathable and Super Comfortable.

    The fit is race fit.

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    • Wash separately before first use.
    • Wash in cool water, max 30 deg. Do not bleach.
    • Using fabric softner will limit the moisture transport of the product. Do not use Fabric Softner.
    • Please hang dry your Fusion Sports garment. Do not tumble dry.
    • Beware of sharp items in gel or rear pocket, sharp edges and contact with velcro may ruin or rip fabric.

    Second skin!

    A second skin.....comfortable....not restrictive....and breathable so sweat doesn't stay nor get held in the garment. Stops the wind and chill on the front. Also doesn't bunch under the bib straps or jersey. Lightweight so there's no feeling of heaps of extra clothing or heaviness on the body. Another top notch garment from Fusion.

    Protection!!!

    I've traditionally used woollen undershirts but have been looking for something with more wind protection.

    The SLI shield torso base delivered on wind protection but doesn't pool sweat when you start working hard.

    I used it in combination with the SLI vest so would strongly recommend the pair.

    By far the best under garment I heave worn, so lightweight and still allows movement in the ride position with no restriction.

    Worn with the SLI Jersey and SLI Jacket creates the perfect layer system for cooler climate with those winter base miles.
