- Headband is a lightweight option for running, cycling and outdoor training in cool conditions. The elastic fabric covers the ears and forehead while leaving the top of the head open, allowing excess heat to escape more easily than with a hat. The material moves sweat away from the skin and adds minimal bulk under a helmet or hood. It is designed for transitional temperatures.
